SAP SCRIPT PRINTER ISSUE

Dear Experts,

I have designed a smartform ....when i click on print preview it is showing me 5 pages where it includes all the modifications when i was designing layout .i tried adjusting footer window while designing the layout and in those 5 pages it displays the adjustments which i had done at the footer Window.

I had already selected an option such that it doesnt increase the page count but it is increasing the number of pages .

when i run the smartform it sometimes shows that 'FUNCTION MODULE IS REGENERATED BUT IT HAS ERRORS' ..
