Unable to upload certificate due to keystore permissions

Hi All,

I would like to seek your expertise regarding this problem. We want to remove SAP_J2EE_ADMIN role from the portal account because this is such a powerful role and only our Basis Team should have such access. Unfortunately, removing it means our team will loose access to upload certificates via NWA (we are on Portal 7.3).

So we have created a dummy user with role NWA_SuperAdmin. Now when trying to export the certificate with the dummy user we created, we encountered the error below:

You have read-only access to this application because you do not have all required keystore permissions.

Could you please help us solve this problem, From the looks of the error message, it seems that a UME role is missing. Unfortunately, I tried many roles, but dummy user is still unable to upload certificates.
