Error while creating BO Webi report

Hi All,

We are facing issue while creating a new webi report. Following is the error which we are getting

An error has occurred: Active Directory Authentication failed to get the Active Directory groups for the account with ID "9D049CF514282B4AB560F3EC8EFD9F7F:UKMFO01;CN=Forage\, Michael,OU=LeicesterSquare,OU=Users,OU=UK,DC=LYV,DC=LiveNation,DC=com" Please make sure this account is valid and belongs to an accessible domain

We Updated in the Authentication >> Windows AD page but sitll the issue is coming intermittently.

Can someone guide us what could be the issue behing this?
