Hi experts,
The standard download to excel feature is thowing error on clicking the icon:
HTTP 400 - Session not found
But the service webuicf is active in SICF tcode. Also this error is coming when we are logged in through portal i.e. via https.
I have reffered to SDN thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/731304
Where they mention that the javascript :thtmlbExcelExportGen is called on clicking the excel button, but I was unable to find this script in our repository.
Thus i am unbale to debug the script.
Also the thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/1837562 states a similar issue, but it doesnt seem to resolve the problem.
Please suggest how to resolve this.
Regards
Anu
Hi Anu, hi Erick,
did you find any solution for the problem. We face the same issue right now too. We are also right after the system upgrade to SAP CRM 7.0 EHP2.
Best regards
Ben

Hello Ben,
Please check if the following SAP Note is valid for your release / scenario:
SAP Note 1697117 - Change Export to Excel to have a relative path URL (Please follow the manual steps before installing the note)
On the other hand, if it didn't work, please test one SAP user with the following settings.
It should solve your problems.
Hope it helps.
Best Regards,
Erick Ilarraza
Hi Erick,
the SAP note wasn't relevant for our system but the parameter settings did it.
Thank you very much. You made my day.
Best regards.
Ben
Addition: I don't know why SAP is doing it with a user parameter. Cause of that: To be independent from the parameter I did a modification of CL_CHTMLB_CONFIG_TAB_EXCEL_EXP=>CREATE_BUTTON_SCRIPT. There the user parameter is read. With my own customzing I can now switch easily between the SAP standard (using the parameter) and our choice (always to have a relative call).
Hello, Anu.
Check the service uif_export_tab under webcuif node in tx. SICF. Sometimes webcuif may be active but its subnodes are not.
