SSO: How to create/disable the users in active directory using sap pi 7.4

Dear Experts,

i am having the data in SQL server where i need to create/disable the active directory users using sap pi 7.4 . once the users are created i need to configure the single sign on between the active directory and the successfactors.

what are the pre-requisites to achieve this?

You can create web service to create/disable UME users in PI7.4 application server.
