Source not included error in PO with outline agreement

Hello, I am facing below problem:

Source list maintain for RM1 material for plant 1 and vendor 1. source list and outline agreemnet both are valid till 31/12/2015.

if i create PO without outline agreeement reference, it works fine. if i create PO with outline agreement, it gives below error:

Source not included in list despite source list requirement

Message no. 06722

i have gone throgh below link and could not solve the error hence requesting to guide if there is any SPRO config/setting in mm01 releated to outline agreement and source list.
