Needs to do manufacturing and purchase order for a individual material

Hi,

We have some FIN materials with relevant valuation class(ZFIN) but some time user want to get stock for the same material with purchase order(STO) from another plant. We have different valuation class for this process like ZTRD.

I have configure valuation category but it can assign with only moving price.

Is this possible to do both the activity like manufacturing and PO(STO) for a individual material.
