Does anyone have list of “popular” CRM transactions?

Hello Itzik,

you should assign your User the Menu crm_menu then you will have all relevant transactions.

BP . Maintain Business Partners

CRMD_ORDER . Transaction processing. You can use this transaction to process any kind of document (opportunities, activities, contracts ...)

BUPT . Business Data Toolset menu.

Hi Itzik,

Well it depends what area you would be working on.

The main transactions i can think of are:

CRM_MKTPL - Mkt Planner.

CRMD_BUS2000108 - Leads

CRMD_BUS2000111 - Opportunities

CRMD_BUS2000115 - Sales Transacations

CRMD_BUS2000121 - Sales Contract

CRMD_BUS2000116 - Service transaction

CRMD_BUS2000112 - Service Contract

There are a few other <b>very important</b> transactions like CIC0 - Interaction center, CRMC_BULEPRINT to maintain blueprint tables for PCUI.

There are a host of popular transactions but it really depends on the area of your work .
