Need urgent help regarding HANA certification

Hi SAP Experts,

I am Business Objects developer and I am new to SAP Training's and certification , I have prepared myself to take SAP HANA certification with out attending any training. Would like to take test on 31st May in London, so I booked online for the same @https://training.sap.com

While booking one of the screen asked for S-user ID if exists , As I am booking first time there is separate form to fill for S- User ID and completed that form.After booking I did not get confirmation date for test or S-User ID or Certification Center address . I am bit worried because i have very less time to take test.

My Questions are:

1. How to get S-User ID allocated to me?

2. How to get the Products booked history in above mentioned website(currently it says no product booked in history)?

3. I am not sure wheather my test date confirmed or not? how to get that info?
