Proxy Generation: Error Occured in SE80

Hi All,

We encountered the following error when trying to consume a webservice and create a proxy through SE80:

Exception occurred in communication framework: Error in HTTP framework: 404Not found http://hostname.com/currencyconconverter.rates.asmx?WSDL

Exception of class : CX_SLIB_HTTP_FAIL

Can somebody can help me on this issue please.
