How to add values to Value Mapping via a interface?

Hi Experts,

We are using Value Mapping in PI7.1. There are multiple values in a excel file. I don't want to input the values manually and want to create a interface to read the file and add the values to Value Mapping group.

Could anyone give me a suggestion on this? Which structure should I use as target data type?
