Precautions in Running "Restore Numbering File"

Good day Mentors,

I would like to ask precautions in using the "Restore Numbering File" option in SAP.

I'm already familiar with what it does, tested it in our test environment.

We're having the errors "This entry already exist in the following table", specifically for Production order.

Checking on this link about this function, I understand that this should not be run if not under the supervision of a SAP consultant.

Unfortunately, we don't have the luxury of time to wait for a consultant.

Also, can this function be run safely when there are still people logged into SAP?

We are using SAP Business One 2004B.
