Hi Masters,

Scnario is like this company having 10 trucks, team of doctor and equipment of dental service into the truck and it gives the dental service to the Miltary camp. Now company start giving the dental service from mumbai then pune then delhi then gurgaon then ajmer like this etc.

company selling the services to the custors, now customers are the human body not an equipment. cycle is like this

sales order--> service product in sales order --> service order

in this case service is created on the service product

client wants to integrate the service order and fleet equipment frucks, if i am assign the truck to the service order having service product then it means the service is going onto the truck, which is wrong reason, actually truck and internal dental equipment giving the service to the miltary camp

client want to schedule the truck with reference to the service so that he can monitor the on which date and time which service had given with which fleet equipment.

kindly tell my how can i schedule this fleet equipment truck with refference to the service

Have you tried entering the truck on the Objects tab of the order instead of the header??

If i assign a truck in the objects tab of service order then it means the service order is for this particular equipment and whole scanario will change.

client want to schedule the fleet truck which is going to give the service to the miltary employee.

and kindly tell me how can i schedule the fleet equipment to truck for performing a service on various location according to scheduling of the truck.

Have you tried the concept of ETM (Equipment & Tools Management). For the Service you do for customer, you can create Service Order. With reference to Service Order, you can create an requisition note for the vehicle or any equipment in ETM.

Based on the requisition, you can schedule & track the equipment movement.

You can get SAP help for ETM module. Please try in google.

You can assign an equipment in the Objects tab, then if your config allows it, you can then assign this equipment to an individual operation (which has dates).

You may then need to write a custom report to show scheduling data.

You could also use equipment PRTs, but the scheduling functionality is VERY weak...
