Is there any diff between cement implementation project and other industry projects

HI

Actually is there any differentiation we can find in cement implementation projects and other industry projects in realtime.Whatever it may be the industry in realtime client scenario the configuration and implementing is the same only right?

Example:If we take cement industry or any kind of industry we can find in time point of view employees may work in hourly basis or day wise so this will be happening in each and every industry then how can we differentiate .
