LTC Claims: Block Year dropdown empty

Hi,

We are configuring Claims application for ESS . 

However, LTC slab dropdown in advance cliams application is still empty.

We have maintained settings in LTC Settings node under Employee Self-Service -> Benefits & Payments -> Country Specific Applications for India -> Advance Claims.(Type of block 2 year, Frequency in 4 year block = 2)

We have also maintained LTC slab year LTABG, LTAEN and LTC block year LTCBG, LTCEN in payroll parameters table (view: V_T511K)

What can be wrong?

check report HINCREMS

maintain view V_T510 (Pay Scale Groups) for the Reimursement type

and check wage type customisaiton ensure all this done

ie

INVAL module variant was not maintained for the wagetype???

Hello Apurva,

Check that feature 40ACS is configured properly for LTC node.

Subtype 001, 002 & 003 should return correct values for determining the dates.

For further details you may investigate by executing FM : HRXSS_IN_CL_SLTC_ELIGIBLITY  in your system.
