SAP BO and SAP HANA

Apologizes if i am posting this question in a wrong place.

I am basically BASIS consultant and intending to learn the skills to migrate to SAP HANA.

Can any body guide me what are the skills/ modules in which i need to acquire the skills to

choose the career in SAP HANA.
