BW 7.01 Bex Queries download into the client server

Hello gurus!

I would like to know which best practice is to send a BW querie to client server (out BW, local server) For example, in BW to load flat file we have AL11 transaction using Control M or another tool... In BW are there any tool? what is the best practice and tool?
