Exceptions in Substep: End Routine

While loading a DSO we are getting an error as mentioned below. First four packages are getting loaded, from 5th it is turning to red, showing "Exceptions in Substep: End Routine".

On clicking the display messages(right click on the error), it is showing below message.

But when loading this DSO with small amount of data it is getting loaded. Other infoproviders also getting loaded without any issue.

What could be the problem ? Two days before there is no issue in this.. suddenly today we are getting this error.
