Latest version of Crystal Dashboard Design?

I have been using SAP Crystal Dashboard Design, personal edition for just over a year. My senior director wants to know if there is an upgraded product or plans to upgrade this product?

Gail,

i believe you are using the scaled down version of Dashboard Design. Below is the list of editions  available,

- SAP Crystal Presentation Design enables users to create models with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. These models cannot be exported to Flash.

• SAP Crystal Dashboards, personal edition includes all the features of SAP Crystal Presentation

Design, plus it enables users to create models and connect them to a maximum of two external data

sources. These models can also be exported to Flash.

• SAP Crystal Dashboards, departmental edition includes all the features of the personal edition, plus it enables users to create models with an unlimited number of data sources and deploy them as a standalone model, or to SAP Crystal Reports Server.

• SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards enables users to create models with an unlimited number of data sources and deploy them as standalone models or to SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform (the "BI platform"), SAP BusinessObjects Edge Series, or SAP NetWeaver BW environments.

Hi,

Latest version is

Dashboard Design 4.0 SP2.16.

FP3 is going to be general available in more few weeks. Date not yet confirmed by SAP

Thanks. My software says it is Version 5.3.0.0 and Build 12,3,0,670. I'm not sure if that means I need to upgrade. Can you please advise?

I am also looking to purchase another personal edition for a colleague - I need to ensure that we will be able to work on the same file at different times without any compatability issues when we go to save.

Finally, I did not register my purchase at the time - if I had would I have been offered upgrades along the way?
