How to Activate Posting Time during Goods movement and also in MIGO

I am new to this community. I have an urgent requirement.

We have SAP Mill Product activated but could not able to find the Posting time. I can remember that when I was working in a IS-OIL solution in MIGO there was a field called GOHEAD-OIB_BLTIME which is Posting Time.

Now we have a requirement in our current company where we have to capture the Posting Time, to be more specific we need to give an option to our MES interface or user to change the Posting Time along with the posting date. We cannot deal with entry date and time as because this will not work for our shift related reportings.

The scenario is, user wants to reverse or post any material document on a specific posting date and also in a posting time so that per date and shift reports will work properly. If we use entry date and time then this will cause an issue if user try to correct a posting of a specific shift and date on a different date and time(shift) and our shift wise reports will not reflect the desired situation.

This scenario is during Production Order confirmation and Goods movements (GR and GI / reversal of GR and GI).

Is there anyway to activate the posting time in MIGO screen or in a Goods movement BAPI or function module so that posting time also captured in MKPF and MSEG table and we can manipulate the posting time during posting of material documents and their reversals.

We don't want to create a custom table to include the posting date and time of Production order confirmation with the materials document posted(due to GR/GI) during those confirmations.

Kindly please help me in this regard.
