Incident management issue in 7.1

Hi,

1.Import functionality is not working in service desk

Issue: When filter is set for open messages and completed  messages its working fine and able to display the list of open messages and completed messages, but when try to import the same  to excel sheet it will import all the messages-open/closed/in progress/completed

2.Multi Selection-Location Field

location filed not able to search  for more than field

3.How to make category field mandatory in Incident management when creating message?

    Could you explain what transactions you are using?  It is it SM_CRM?  Is it the standard reporting transactions?
