Estimados.

Saludos cordiales.

Hello,

Try this:

The error "401 - Unauthorized" in Event Sender setup can mean that the B1iadmin password used there is different from the B1iadmin runtime user password in Integration Framework. I know you said it is not the password but please do check this.

In order to address it, please do the following:
1. Go to the Services window and stop the Event Sender service.
2. Login to Integration Framework.
3. Go to menu Maintenance > UserAdministration.
4. Click the Runtime Users button.
5. Check the Active property of the B1iadmin user:
5.1. If it is set to false, please click the Toggle Activation button only once. The window will refresh itself, but the Active property will still be set to false. Click the Close button.
5.2. Click the Runtime Users button again.
5.3. Now the Active property should be set to true.
6. Click the Change Password button.
7. Enter the password of the B1iadmin user and click Submit.
8. Open the Event Sender setup wizard, go to step 3/5, reenter the B1iadmin password, and click Test Connection. The connection should be successful.
9. Go until the end of the wizard and click Finish.
10. Go to the Services window and start the Event Sender service.

I hope that works.

You can try to change "localhost" into the IP Adress of your server or the Name of your server

And of course you have ti check the B1admin Passwort.

more wasn`t checked at this moment

Hi Szedeleit,

Now this problem is ok. I changed the password of B1iadmin in Integration Framework and input that password in it. But when i selected on SLD and clicked on Test Connection in B1DI, it display an error like this:

com.sap.b1i.adapter.dia.exception.ConnectionFailedException: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sap.smb.sbo.api.SBOCOMUtil .

Note:

-Password of user sa of sql server is correct(sap)

-Password of B1i user is correct too(111111)

Thanks

Did you ever try to log in with the B1i user into SAP Business One ?

HI Heiko,

I never log in to SAP Business One by using B1i User.

so try it.

its the easiest way to be sure / confirm the user/password combinaion

may you have checked the box "user has to change password on first log-in" while you set the password fo the B1i user ?

If your connection test in SLD failed, there are not many reasons why its fails.

-service not availlable (or has to be restarted)

- wrong server, database or license-server information

- wrong sa or B1i user Password

- missing jco
