service tax error

when we are posting the sales order the tax which has to be picked from ftxp is not picking. we have 2 service tax defined and two cess tax defined one from condition record and other from ftxp.we have changed service tax from 10 to 12 % in ftxp then the problem started.it is not picking up tax from ftxp and analysis when we did for condition record it is not picking country

can you give your valuable suggestion pleas
