Activity cost in SO Costing

Hi,

In our VC scenario, we have a sales order of 9 qty.

During SO Costing , the cost of components is picking correctly ie, cost of base qty * 9

But for the activity type why the costing is picking for base value of qty :1

I am not much more sure about costing part. Kindly guide.
