the drag and relate does not work from Item Master Data Form

Hi , all

I have a problem after migrating from B1 2007 to 8.81PL09 : the drag and relate does not work from Item Management Form ( it's ok from sales order : when i drag and relate an item from a sales order line , i saw the list , but when i drag and relate an item from Item Master data Form , nothing appears , and no message is displayed

i check the collation of the database => there are ok .

Does anyone faced this problem ?
