ME55 PR Release

Dear All,

1) Our client want to release all PR's in ME55 tcode in one click, without clicking each line item.

Is it possbile in ME55 as we do in ME54N by selecting all line items and clicking release flag?

2) How to change existing Item level PR release strategy to Header level?

If its Header level,where Release strategy tab appears (as we see in PO)?

Hi Venkat,

It is possible to release PR at header level. The indicator should be set for the PR document type and Release group as "Overall Release". (Page 7)

Please confirm with client before making changes because header level release will be applicable for plants mentioned in Purchase requisition.

Some of the buyer makes purchase requisition with more then one plant.

Hi,

1)When i click Overall Release in PR Doc type and in Release Group, release strategy tab not appears in PR. Why is it so?

2)How to bring Release strtaegy tab in Header of PR?

After doing the settings you need to make New PR, In Old PR the changes will not reflect, Or you need to amend your Old PR for getting release at header

It will be possible based on Release code & not for multiple Release Code
