Calculating SLA using BAdI crm_sladet_badi

When a SR is logged, BRF+ will be used to execute rules to extract SLA days. This is done using d badi crm_sladet_badi.

How can this be done?

Did you resolve your problem? I need to create a SLA depending of a business partner determination.

But this BADI not resolve my problem...

do you know other form to determine the business partner in the Processing times SLA?
