Crystal Reports' ticker?

Good day Experts,

Does any of you guys already created a project in CR that connects and gets data from Bloomberg (i.e. Foreign Exchange Cross Rates) or any other sites and places it in your CR project? Our target is similar to Xcelsius' ticker that will allow us to have "number ticker" and "news ticker" on the project that will use live data.
