BPC SERVER SP10 installation is asking for AntiXsslibrary.dll V3.1

Hi champs,

While installing BPC SERVER SP10, it asks for AntiXsslibrary.dll version 3.1 file which I am not able to find out in Service Market Place, Mirosoft sites & in any other places,

Does anybody have this verion of AntiXsslibrary.dll file? Please send it to me on my email Id:
