Defect correction process - ChaRM 7.1

Hello Experts,  I would like to create a defect correction (SMTM)  as a follow up transaction to Incident (SMIN). I have made the necessary settings according to Customizing for follow up transaction ( I have defined the same standard settings than the transaction "Request for Change"), but when I created a defect correction as a follow  up transaction to the Incident, I get an error message that there is missing customization.   I have tested the same process with a Request for change instead of  defect correction, and the follow up transaction works.  I don't know if it is because of  missing customizing or because the SAP standard doesn't support this follow up.
