Hi All,
We are facing one issue in the current project. We have activated standard workflow WS18900023 for claims advance, workflow is triggering fine when we raise claims request on ESS and the approval workitem also appears in agent(approver) inbox ie, UWL. It is showing only subject or text of workitem but there is no hyperlink shown to view claims approval application.
We have assigned approval task TS18900010 to standard webdynpro application in SWFVISU tcode.
Kindly help me if anything we missed out in configuration.

Hi Rajesh,
I doubt you are using old version of Claims, pls check whether you have done the required configuration in Se80 for new application to get activated.
Also in LPD_CUST do the necessary changes for new application.
Request you to paste the claims screen for further investigation.
