Information about t-code RZ11

Dear gurus,

This is regarding the information on t-code RZ11, RZ10. I used to load master data to an ods, from various source systems.

But now-a-days the load from a particular source system getting fail again and again with the error caller 70 missing.

So, did some research and found that the t-code RZ11 can be used to change the parameters like increasing dialog process time, and decreasing the data packet size, etc.

The infopackage is broken into 5 parts with selection loading.

The loads failed with caller 70 missing error, so deleted the bad request and re-executed the infopackage, but still its ending with errors.

My question is will RZ11 help me fix the issue i'm facing.

is there any option where i could specify the condition which would be specific to this particular ods and the source system.

why this error occurs and what could be the permenant solution for this.

To be more specifc each infopackage when executed is not extracting more than 60,000 records.

please help me with a permenant solution.

Hi Ratin,

As Suman said, settings related to RZ11 will be dealt by Basis team.

Use FM : SCMA_CALL_TRANSACTION to call TCodes which you are not authorized

Try to use settings suggested by Suman for DTP and Infopackage loads.

TCode RSBATCH also will help you in maintaining the settings

Hi,

Generally, RZ11 access cannot be given to BI people. This will be controlled by BASIS only. You may contact BASIS on further info.

You can set the Data Packet Size, Partition Size in RSCUSTV6 t-code in BI System.

You can also set the Data Package size in each Infopackage(Scheduler menu -->set default data transfer).

You can set data package size in DTP also. Try to play around with the above options.

Ask your BASIS team to increase the Idoc parameters.

Regards,

Suman
