Password of user "B1i" is incorrect.

Hi all expert,

I have installed SAP Business One 8.82 and i want to enable cookpit and dashboard.

I can enable Cookpit and dashboard but it is error that "password of user "B1i" is incorrect After i drop Dashboard in Cookpit to Canvas Area.


-In Administrator->Setting->General->User,I have changed the password of B1i to "123456"

-In Integration Component Framework, I go to SLD tab and edit the B1i User password to "123456"

-My SAP business One is no License.

Please see the attachment file, for this error.

Anybody know how to solve this problem?

    Hi Tony,

    Im my case I had to restart B1 client and the xcelsius scenario in order for it to work.

    To restart the scenario: Integration framework -> Scenarios -> Control

    Then on the table the last option should be sap.Xcelsius. Click on setup. A window will appear, click Deactivate. After deactivate click activate (will fail). Click ok on error message. Then click Activate again (will succeed).

    I had this issues yet when I logged into SAP B1 the dashboard just said that the integration service was not running.

    This worked for me though.
