Change output type not triggering in purchase order

Hello All,

When I block / delete a purchase order system is recording changes at line item level, but the same is not generating change output type in messages. My configuration is as below. Can any one say possible route cause ?

- I have maintained table T166C with field EKPO-LOEKZ as print relevant change

- Also, maintained Fine Tuned Message control for application EF-purchase order with operation -2 to the same message type used in PO.
