System Parameters - optimization

Are there any guidelines on how many system parameters can be included in one EH Header Extension table?

Is there a performance benefit if I create 1 Extension table for each system parameter?

Hello Zenon,

i would create system parameter for all parameters that are relevant for queries. As an extension table is a normal database table there are no special guidelines.

As you can have only one extension table per EH Type you cannot create one per system parameter. But i would also see no performance win here as the system then would nee to join several tables for the EH header.
