Hi experts,
while creating a ZDIR(direct correction) ticket from SDCR(change request),when select the direction correction as the subject for ticket.
Its showing an error in ticket
Error details-Select a valid subject.
is there any problem in copy control ?
because while selecting SDHF(urgent correction) as subject its working fine.
Flow of ticket is
SLFN->SDCR->SDHF(urgent correction)
SLFN->SDCR->ZDIR(direct correction)
experts please help me to move forward.
hi,
this can be fixed by copy control rules.
have you properly defined the copy control rules, check under spro -> capablities -> change management -> change request management frame work-> copy control for transaction types -> define mapping rule for copy control
there you enter SDCR->SDHF and SDCR->ZDIR please check
Thanks

Hi,
I am not sure, it should work.
can you copy SDCR to ZDCR, and define the copy control standard from SDCR -> SDHF to ZDCR -> ZDIR.
Normally we do like this only.
And go through the under spro -> capablities -> change management -> change request management frame work->make setting for change transaction type
check copy control rule for ZDCR here too.
Thanks,
Jansi
Hi Jaya
ZDIR is not SAP Supported
you have to create ZDMJ for normal corre or ZDHF for urgent correction
