master recipe_phase scrap, interim result.

In master recipe, phase scrap column is not available for formula entry when I placed cursor on cell and hit Select Formula Icon. Whereas interim result and quantity coulmn becomes open for formula entry.

Does phase scrap data flow from BOM? how to use intreim result column?
