I made some test and seems to be like not necessary,I could save yhe inobound delivery an do the GR at VL06I.
But I want to ask before answering.
Thanks in advance.

Mauricio,
Simply check delivery item category customising.. Trx. 0VLP. Here you define packing control (V_TVLP-PCKPF). This field Indicates whether delivery items with this item category may be packed, cannot be packed, or must be packed before PGR.
Values:
Can be packed
A Must be packed
B Cannot be packed

Dear Mauricio
It is not mandatory to do packing for inbound deliveries. As Shiva Ram told, in our case also we do inbound delivery and PGR without Packing. Sameway for outbound delivery also, packing is not mandatory.
