SAP_LMDB_LDB_0000000001 is failing with dump

Hi All

LMDB job for synchronization is failing in solman with following dump . Could you please help me to fix this error .

     Error in the ABAP Application Program

     The current ABAP program "CL_LMDB_CS_EXECUTOR_SERVICE===CP" had to be

Tcode SE80 -Enviroment -> Select from drop down Inactive Objects - User - Solman_ADMIN or user that you use for aplicate notes.

if the object

RLMDB_TECH_SCEN_DUAL_STACKS is inactive

Tcode  sa38 ->"SCWB_NOTE_ACTIVATE" --> 1690804

Note 1690804 - Dual stack: Automatic creation of the technical scenario

Excecute (F8).

I have implemented the note , but some objects are not active .

CL_LMDB_CS_UTIL

CL_LMDB_TECHNICAL_SCENARIO

RLMDB_TECH_SCEN_DUAL_STACKS

Should i active those objects .

I would try the job again and if it still fails, activate the objects.

Hi

I have activated those objects , now the dump is stopped and job running fine .

But still i could find the installed software component for both ABAP and Java stack of solman in smsy .

I was trying to get the data from SLD by click resync SLD , but i was receiving this error message .

Resync of Technical System not possible due to missing Data Supplier.

Recently we have upgrade our stack from Solman 7.1 SP03 to SP04 , after that correct installed software component is not reflecting in SMSY and LMDB for Solman.

How to fix this issue .

Bala,

Is your SLD content current according to note 669669?  You should get that current as your problem could be related to newer patch versions not being recognized.

Also, you may want to check RZ70, SLDAPICUST and the Visual Administrator SLD options to make sure all of those connection properties are working correctly.

We had the exact same dump. We have installed Solman 7.1 SR1

As Josh stated, kindly update the CR content to the latest avaiable in Marketplace. Follow the note  669669 carefully.

We updated the SLD CR content and activated Objects specific to LMDB & CIM and the SLD-LMDB synchronization statred.

I have updated the CR content to the latest version before i start the stack upgrade from Solman 7.1 SP3 to SP4 .

Could you please tell me , how to find the inactive objects related to LMDB and CIM .

In RZ 70 , SLD data supplier is given as central SLD name , should i change it back to local SLD of solman.

Tcode SE80 - Select from drop down Inactive Objects - User - Solman_ADMIN

Activation of objects will require Object Key.

If you have big list of Inactive Objects which are associated to some Snote. Refer 1131831 - Note Assistant: Activating objects after termination. This will help you to activate all the jobs without Activation Key

If during Solman Setup, when you applied the recommended Note & that got aborted, the objects associated to that note will remain in Inactive state. Hence need to be activated

ABAP Software components details are reflecting now in SMSY of solman but it is not reflecting in LMDB .

How to sync SMSY and LMDB .

Still java software component details is not reflecting in SMSY.

Have you executed step 6.4 in System Preparation ?

In Solman_Setup , once System Preparation is done, you need to perform, Basic Configuration then Managed System preparation in which you again try to sync and update your ABAP & Java system details. Make sure all the webservices are enabled so as to Pull Java information.

In Managed System Configuration update the details of all the system which will in turn reflect in SMSY

Once everything is rightly configured. SLD - LMDB synchronization will update all info in SMSY. You don't have to follow SMSY anymore but make sure LMDB is properly configured.

Yes .. I have executed the step 6.4 in system preparation . Then the SAP_LMDB_LDB* job starts running with pending changes 18565 , the job has finished successfully .

But even after that , i could not see any software component details in LMDB .
