Hi Team,
Number range object CO_ABRECHN is about to expire in our system. I would like to know what are the transaction will use this number range object and like to know how to extend this number range. This is not a year specific.
We are awaiting for your suggestions.
Please let me know if you need more details.
Thanks
Prasad
Hi,
This number range is used in settlement documents (CO). It's, indeed, not year-dependent, but what is the problem with extending it?
Regards,
Eli

Hello Eli Klovski,
Thanks for your respose. Whether this number range is using only for order settelemnt and asset settelment or any other transactions also. Actually i have tried to verify the documents posted by using this number through transaction KSB5, i am unable to view.
Hence i am looking for all the above clarifications.
Thanks
Prasad
Hello Eli,
At present we have the number range 0001000001 to 0099999999 for the object :CO_ABRECHN.
It is about to expire this number range due to consumption of all the numberes in the above series.
We would like to extend the number range from 0099999999 to 0999999999.
Can you please let us know, do we need to check anything before extending the number range to 0999999999.
Please suggest us to proceed further.
Thanks
Prasad
Hello Eli
Thank you very much for your inputs. At present we have only two number number ranges under this object as below
01 0000000001 to 0001000000
02 0001000001 to 0099999999
Now we would like to extend the number range for group 02 only from 0099999999 to 0999999999.
As per your above statement hope it is fine to extend this number range.
Thanks
Prasad
