form 16 not generated :"No infotype record 0185 exists for the employee..."

Dear Experts,

We upgraded to EHP4 since May 2012, and after that form16 is not getting generated, it shows a message "Switch to TAN based reporting is not active for this period", However, since it is information message if i proceed further it says "No iinfotype record for infotype 0185 exists for the employee for the period 01.04.2011 to ...

The switch for TANk in Pc00_M40_swch has been activated and the start date is from 01.04.2012.
