what is procedure to migration data (Incident Management and Reports) from Non SAP system to SAP Solution Manager

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement from one of my client in South Africa.

One of my client has already implemented SAP Solution Manager last year and but there are not been used fully. Currently client is using Service Desk application (Non SAP) for managing Incident tickets/Service Requests/Change Requests and Reports for their daily usage. Now they want to migrate all Incident Tickets/Service Requests/Change Requests and Reports from Service Desk application to SAP Solution Manager.

Now client is asking us to give possible solution for Data Migration and Reports to SAP Solution Manager.

I am very new to SAP Solution Manager Environment. Can you please help me out on this.

hi,

you can do this, integrate solman service desk with external service desk (NON SAP) first,

Later use the action Synchronize with External Help Desk to get the data

check spro -> saP Solution Manager Implementation Guide ->SAP Solution Manager ->Scenario-Specific Settings ->Third Party Integration -> External Service Desk
