Hi All,
I have a scenario where project team (both internal employee as well as employees of vendors) booked time in Primavera. Now using middleware I want to capture the time in SAP PS. Pl guide now how to capture time in SAP PS where I can have distinction of internal/external employee time booked on same project.

Hi Rahul,
You can define them as external employees in HR. WIth reference to suppplier Purchase order reference, you can book the timesheet for the external employees.

As Mahendra stated, please ask your HR team to enroll exernal employees in HR master data. Using their employee number and profile attached to them they can record their time in CAT2.
Do you have work instrucitons document describing the step by step procedure for internal employees? if yes, then just add a note highlighting the same procedure for external employees also.

I am not sure whether any such kind of document available in PS forum. Why don't you try to develop work instrucitons document which would help you to understand better and give more insight into what is happening. Delvelop you document and post here so that I will certainly review and try to help to fix whatever may be required.
