How to Enhance Standard Table QALS (Inspection lot record) with Field of the Type String, Enhancement Category is clashing?

Existing Enhancement Category of Table QALS (Inspection lot record) is Can be Enhanced (Character Type or Numeric).

Existing Enhancement Category becomes with Field of the Type String Can be Enhanced (Deep).
