hi venu gopal,

Use discount conditions Manually (Discount condition types - Customer or Customer/material specific Eg: K007,K005)  in Pricing procedure tcode : v/08

and instead of free goods give him cash discount(Amount of Free goods).

system will Automatically deduct discount amount and calculate Net value.

Hi Venu,

There is one condition type NRAB,it gives discount for free goods.

Instead of giving free goods it will reduce the amount from the payable. This function works only for inclusive free goods.

Ex: You created sale order for 200 for that giving 20 free, here system billing for 200 and giving 20 free.

If you include NRAB in your pricing procedure, system will generate bill for 180 in above case.

Note: this NRAB function only works in inclusive free goods scenario only.

HI,

But my query is ,the customer raise sales order for TV(ex"TV)but the company giving a DVD as a free good for TV.So the customer doest want DVD,he wants Cash instead of DVD(that is from total net amount=TV cost as a 20000 and DVD as a 1000rs)

In this situation ,what configurations i will do

as per as i know , i want create RB00 and manually giving 1000rs as a dvd cost for that customer.

Is it work or not

Please suggest me

Thanks,

naren

Hi

This should be a business decision. When designing the free goods, the  business considers the cost of the free goods...where as the customers perceives the buying price of the free goods. In your example, the DVD player selling price can be Rs2000 and the actual cost can be Rs 1000. So, the company should decide how much should be given as a discount when the customer opts for a special discount instead of a free good. You have to assign a reason for rejection for the free goods line item and apply a manual discount as decided by the company.

Your requirement cannot be met through any configurations.
