STMS problem

Dear expert,

i am facing problem while i'm quality system in our domain controller.

actually i have done the DB Refresh from PRD system to QAS system and also i have run the SE06 for deleting the old TMS configuration in QAS system but after all these thing while i'm gonna to connect QAS system with the Domain controller i'm getting here with mention below error..

Time 00:54:22 Message RFC_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE

and also i have delete the route in development and create it again but while i'm distributing and activating it, getting error..

Time 01:07:55 Message INVALID_LOCAL_CONF

    hi

    can you upload some screen prints. one of the message is RFC_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE .

    can you check if your domain controller and q.a system can reach each other.

    Please check the RFC connections in Q system for TMS . Test the connection and authorization test for these RFCs. Confirm that the TMSADM in 000 password in Q system is known and is correct .Put the TMSADM password of the Q system in the TMSADM RFC in the Domain controller.
