Credit card charges

Hi Guys,

Can any body help me out how to (Automate) map the credit card charges in SAP B1 for localisation(INDIA).

How to map the Interest charges in SAP B1.

Hi Nelabali,

Credit card interest amount is not fixed. So it is to be introduced into the accounting system as and when it is finalised and given effect by the credit card issuer

So as a credit card holder, when we receive the information about the interest amount, we need to pass / enter manual Journal entry.

As we are passing manual Journal entry, there is no need to map the credit card interest/charges account.

In short we can not Automate the credit card charges.

Hi Samir,

Thanks for your answer, here I am not discussing about Interest.

I am requesting you that When Customers are swiping the credit card, Banks will not give entire credit to the Merchant( Part of amount(ex:say 1or2%) they will deduct towards the charges and rest they will give credit to Merchant account.)

In this is there any way mapping to be done in SAP B1 Application.
