Dear sd gurus very good morning and have colorful day
if we maintain Risk category and credit limit in Default data for automating new customer(when we maintain credit control area and update group) .it will automatically create apply new customers in future
Could u explain little bit about applying new customers in future?
thank you so much
hi
that field of risk category at creating of credit control area , it means that particular credit control area applicable to all customers , it means this credit control area assign the company code level , so under this company code what are the customers is created all costumer applicable ,
like you maintain the that field , and all settings it done , then you maintain the fd32 for one customer .
after you create the order for particular customer it comes credit block ,
after you try another for same company code customer with out maintain any fd32. then you create the order it comes credit block , because the the risk category field you activate at creation of credit control are .
this field not applicable feature it present also applicable . please check this test you system , then you have idea

Hi,
In my experience it is generally used for testing purpose only.
Use of this is if we assign the risk category and update group here it will automatically applies to the every customer in the company code.Generally no company will follow one risk category to all the customers. It differs from one to one customer.
Generally while first time configuration client keeps risk category here and checks whether it is working properly or not and next removes this risk category from the company code assignment.
Hope it clears your doubt.
