CIF integration issue :Master data update... "BSG BSG001 does not exist"

Hello All,

We have an issue in the production system where in the product after the showing in the active integration model is not reflected in the /sapapo/mat1

We have genarated an active integration model for a product/location in ERP and every thing is fine and we also see this particular combination in the active model in ERP system, but we are not able to see that master data in SAP APO.

In our system, it is an automatic process that happens and we never face this issue till now. But it is only happens for one product and location combination.

And we get the a queue block in SMP giving that "BSG BSG001 does not exist". until and unless we delete that queue, the intergartion program is running in ERP.

Once we delete the queue, the intergration program ends normally and nothing is updated in SAP APO(No master data is integrated).

Could any one suggest some check points that we are missing?
