BAPI Processing error during TM_51

Hi,

I customized 'Distribution of Mirror Transactions' to meet the requirement of loans between the subsidiaries (two company codes).

So when the loan is provided by Ccd A to Ccd B, the deal in Ccd A (with Tty 100) against BP200 should be mirrored in Ccd B (with Tty 200).

Created two BPs as follows:

BP100 - authorized to 55A and 200 only in Ccd B

BP200 - authorized to 55A and 100 only in Ccd A

Mapping in 'Partner - Ccd assignment' customizing:

Ccd A – BP100

Ccd B – BP200

Number ranges for category MIR and payment detail etc in BP are maintained.

However the deal created failed to mirror in the subsidiary, SM58 shows the error 'BAPI processing was terminated'.

Thanks

Mahesh

Hi,

Thanks for those having at least opened my thread with a view to help me out..

It did somehow work out without much effort spent in, below is what I did.....

1. Suspecting the special character "/" used in the 'Meta text' (ex: fixed/deposit) was causing this issue I removed it, still the same BAPI error occurred.

2. Then I approached debugger: called transaction SE91 -> entered message class SR and the number 53 -> choose 'display' -> selected the message -> hit 'where-used list' -> hit enter with the default selection -> chose program RSARFCRD (this is the program of SM58) -> hit 'display' on application tool bar -> placed a break-point at line 484 "message i053 with rfcmess rfcmess+50" (in ECC 6 - Ehp 5)

3. To my surprise, transaction did stop nowhere rather saved and when I displayed it, a message appeared 'Mirror transaction for xxxxxxxxx in company code xxxx'...

So happy to close this post!

Thanks all

Mahesh

I was hesitant to mark my thread as resolved as that would be considered non-compliance, so I was googling to know how can a post be self-closed/resolved.

Finally realized that hitting 'correct answer' is only the way to close a self thread, so closing it.
